职位描述

工作职责:

1) 在当地市场搜集酒店,住宅区,商业楼盘以及公共机构等的相关信息.
2) 基于美标地域,数量已工程期等相关的考虑事宜,选择适合的工程项目.
3) 更具工程的紧迫性以及市场影响力,适当地优先相关工程
4) 理解工程的特殊需求,,设计风格,优先性,主要决策人以及项目费用.
5) 确定市场主要的竞争者,搜集竞争公司的相关信息,包括产品,套件,价格,技术,服务,销售结构以及历史工程客户
6) 运用美标产品知识,提供具有竞争力的服务来帮助客户选择相应的产品组合
7) 帮助客户识别美标战略的价值,产品,政策等,以此来迎合其自身业务,来选择美标作为其长久的业务合作伙伴
8) 基于对于竞争公司及顾客的了解,进行价格,付费条款的协商
9) 签订项目合同,监控工程流程,开发项目投入的的预期
10) 跟踪应收账款,处理重大工程的售后服务事宜
11) 直线经理安排的其他相关工作



岗位要求:

1) 大专及以上学历,商业管理或者相关专业优先
2) 超过五年的销售经验,并有三年或以上建材等相关产业工程销售经验
3) 良好的沟通协调能力
4) 良好的沟通,表达,人际交往能力
5) 优秀的客户管理及项目管理能力
6) 具有自我激励能力,并具有在强压下工作的能力
7)全面的产品知识
8)适应公司文化的能力
9)销售数据结果更进


Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Collect hotel, residential, commercial building and institution etc project information in local market.
2) Select suitable project for AS regarding positioning, quantity and schedule of the project.
3) Prioritize project regarding the urgency and market influence of the project
4) Understand the specific requirement of the project: design style, preference, key decision maker and budget.
5) Identify the key competitor in the market. Collect competitor’s information: product / suit, price, technology, service, sales organization and history with project customers.
6) Apply knowledge of AS product and competitive offering, help customer select proper product portfolio
7) Help customer recognize the value of AS Strategy, product, policy etc to his own business, and choose AS as long-term business partner.
8) Negotiate price and payment terms regarding the knowledge of competitor and customer.
9) Leverage internal resources on sample display, SKU selection and quotation analysis, etc.
10) Sign project contract, monitor project progress and develop project delivery forecast
11) Follow up AR, deal with after sales services issue for big project
12) Other job arranged by the line manager



Job Requirements:

1) University degree/equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline;
2) More than 5 years sales experience and more than 3 years experience for project sales with B&K related industry;
3) Excellent negotiation skills and influencing;
4) Excellent Account management and project management;
5) Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills;
6) High degree of creativity and self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure;
7) Good product knowledge;
8) Proven cultural sensitivity and adaptability;
9) Track record of sales result.
