Accountabilities:
1) Collecting, analyzing, deploying and managing market’s, customers’ and competitors’ data to identify new growth opportunities and increase market share;
2) Developing pricing strategy for new products and making pricing recommendations for existing lines to ensure increasing market share and profitability;
3) Monitoring sales channels and making recommendations to commercial leaders to maximize market penetration and achieve sales target;
4) Collecting, analyzing and managing Voice of Customer’s database to support engineering team in New Product Development process and promote innovative/localized growth initiatives;
5) Identify core & non-core product line to determine proper growth strategy and achieve margin target;
6) Competitor benchmark and make recommendation on product positioning;
7) Develop product value proposition to support sales;
8) Prepare new product launch program to increase new product vitality;
9) Make promotion recommendation to drive sales volume;
10) Working with commercial team to conduct product seminar to promote sales;
11) Working as a liaison between global marketing team and local commercial team to improve efficiency of NPD and market study.

Requirements:
1) University degree, ideally engineering discipline with further learning in marketing, communication, economics or business administration;
2) 5+ years product marketing experiences in industry multinational companies;
3) Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization;
4) Prior experience in New Product Development, Product Portfolio management;
5) Team oriented – ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams;
6) Excellent English verbal, written & presentation skills;
7) Excellent communication skills;
8) Willing to travel.

Job Location: Taicang
Shuttle buses are offered to commute from Shanghai/Suzhou to Taicang.
