职位描述
工作职责：
● 负责所属区域的产品宣传，推广和销售，完成分配的年度业绩，并自行管理每个季度乃至每月的销售预计和实际销售量。
● 负责销售区域内的市场开发和维护工作，帮助收集各部门所需业务信息。
● 负责销售区域内的门窗厂开发和维护工作，帮助收集各部门所需业务信息。
● 完成上级领导分配的各项任务。
● 协助销售主管制定销售策略、销售计划，以及量化销售目标。
● 制定销售费用的预算，控制销售成本，提高销售利润。
● 做好销售合同的签订、履行与管理等相关工作，以及协调处理各类市场问题。
要求：
● 5年以上国外品牌铝合金门窗或门窗五金件的销售经验，有丰富的门窗相关知识。系统门窗的销售工作经验优先。
● 聪明，积极进取，有独立完成年度业务指标的愿望和能力。
● 有良好的团队意识。
● 较强的沟通和协调能力；
● 懂日文者优先或将来有创业愿望和计划的人优先。
