1、负责公司开发项目的土建、装饰专业的工程质量、进度、成本控制与安全文明施工管理、合同管理、信息管理、设计变更管理等工作。解决施工中出现的专业技术问题；
2、协调管理监理及相关单位，负责跟进分项分部工程验收及资料工作；
3、负责本专业增减项目签证工程实量实测原始记录工作，为结算提供依据。

任职要求：
1、男，年龄25-40岁，大专以上学历，工民建/土木工程/工程管理等建筑相关专业，具有建筑相关专业中级工程师职称；
2、3年以上甲方现场工程管理经验，熟练使用相关工程软件，熟悉建筑业政策法规和建筑工程施工规范；
3、勤奋敬业，工作责任心强，具备较强的独立处理事务的能力与较强的沟通能力、组织协调能力和良好的团队合作意识；
4、具有大型房地产企业工作经验者优先录用。
工作地点：湛江廉江市，包食宿。
