1、负责公司开发项目所有资料的收集、整理、归档、分发相关资料（如图纸、工作联系单、现场签证、设计变更、结算资料等），记录并整理会议纪要、工作计划总结；
2、负责工程档案资料的收集、整理、组织、报审、验收等具体工作。对合作单位（如施工单位、监理单位等）的工程档案整理进度作有效监督；
3、与公司内各部门保持良好的沟通，配合其他部门做好档案、资料的有效控制工作；
4、配合项目其他员工完成相关工作及部门经理安排的其他工作；
5、负责工程部日常事务，办公室及食堂管理工作。

任职要求：
1、女，年龄25岁-40岁，大专以上学历，工程管理、工民建、档案管理等相关专业；
2、有房地产企业3年以上工程资料管理经验；
3、熟练使用CAD、WORD、EXCEL等绘图及办公软件；
4、具有良好的团队合作精神，责任心强；
5、工作有条理，有较强协调能力。
工作地点：湛江廉江市,包食宿。
