Responsibilities:
Serve for GSSC（global shared service center）department
GSSC is an accountable entity within a multinational Organization tasked with supplying the business unit, respective divisions with specialized accounting services
Managing a portfolio of internal clients’ accounts varying in size
Developing and maintain effective client relationships
AP, AR and General Ledgers, Accruals etc. and any ad hoc tasks are needed
Assisting and preparing accounting monthly/yearly report
Organizing the flow of work within the team, allocating assignments as necessary
Reviewing work undertaken by junior staff
Monitoring and report on team performance
Ensuring that work is delivered within budget and time requirements
Assisting in the training and development of junior staff

Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a bachelor degree or above major in accounting, finance and economic. Studying towards or holding the Accounting Certificate or qualification, i.e. ACCA, CIMA or CPA will be a good advantage.
Be familiar with office and financial software, some experience in ERP is preferred.
Be familiar with accounting knowledge and reporting, with at least 3 to 5 years related practical experience.
Be highly responsible, teamwork and independent with high level of integrity.
Good communication skill especially in English.
