PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

· Prepare month end and year-end accounts in accordance with the principles and legislation of the applicable laws (IFRS/IAS).

· Responsible for the monthly and annual reporting as required by the region and headquarters.

· Integrate accounting information to provide timely and reliable financial statements of the division.

· Support the hosting company’s Financial Controller in optimizing the divisions financing and provide support in all finance-related matters.

· Analyze actual results (entire profit and loss statement by business) including all variances; provide detailed supporting analysis

· Lead the budget and forecast processes in accordance with IAS/IFRS and Sulzer standards

· Responsible for monthly rolling forecast and maintenance of rolling forecast tools

· Support business heads in all aspects of controlling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and KPIs

· Support and lead CAPEX evaluations and calculate pay-back analyses

· Establish and maintain relevant cost centre and work center data structures

· Lead projects and participate in business project meetings

· Provide input for continuous improvement and corrective actions to operations in all aspects of business

· Liaise with shared services functions of hosting company and monitors performance

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

· Certified Financial Controller (University degree – CPA comparable)

· Computer literate (Microsoft Office and ERP)

· Time management skills

· Teamwork skills

· Accurate, Methodical, Conscientious

· Self-confident and assertive

· Driven, Deadline oriented

· Good verbal and written skills both in Chinese & English (CET4 or higher)

· Requires 5+ years finance/controlling experience in a manufacturing environment and preferably with MNC background

· Knowledge of various cost accounting systems and manufacturing processes

· Ability to support operational manager in all financial aspects

· In-depth knowledge of profit and loss statement reporting

· Experience in calculating CAPEX pay-back analyses

· Knowledge in forecasting and budgeting procedures

· Experience in project leadership

Sulzer is Swiss based multinational company, with its main activities in Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon Processing, Power Generation. The company operates 4 main divisions: Sulzer Pumps, Sulzer Chemtech, Sulzer Turbo Services and Sulzer Metco.

All divisions except Sulzer Turbo Services have significant operations in China already. Sulzer Turbo Services is in the process of setting up their first venture in China.

The main, initial, activity will be the service of electrical motors and generators. Our first service center is planned for Kunshan with 2 others shortly following after that in Guangzhou and Beijing area(s).
