HR Manager
Location: 佛山狮山镇科技园
Subs: 7
Responsibilities:
Ø -Assist Head of HR to handle HR full function operations work for 1 factories in Foshan.
Ø -Review HR operation procedures and develop necessary HR policies to meet business requirements
Ø -Organize efficient recruitment activities and keep organization HC budget in line
Ø -Monitor turnover rate and coach line managers on people management.
Ø -Develop team members and help for their growth & development
Ø -Improve the training system and conduct annual training plans
Ø -Lead C&B activities and make sure compensation level in market and meet budget
Ø -Support factory managers on results solutions and help production management to improve productivity
Ø -Maintain and improve company culture and good laborships together with Union
Ø -Other HR projects and tasks assigned by Head of HR
Requirement:
Ø -At least 5 years working experience in HR full function in manufacturing industry, and at least 3 years in managerial position -University Degree, majored in HR related is preferred
Ø -Be fluent in English and Mandarin
Ø -Familiar with labor laws and regulations of Foshan Competence / Skills Requirement:
Ø -Communication
Ø -Time Management -Systematic thinking & data analysis
Ø -Project management -HR management software
