Principal Accountabilities:

1. 卡车驾驶室液压翻转系统 的技术应用和推广；
2. 按照TS16949流程进行项目管理；
3. 按照TS16949流程进行完成新产品的开发；
4. 控制和执行产品的工程检测，以及开发必要的检测设备和设施；
5. 按照ECN流程实现零件和产品的变更；
6. 和欧洲总部技术人员进行技术交流和沟通；
7. 对客户提供工程技术支持和解决方案，配合销售作好售后技术服务；
8. 主管安排的其它工作职责。

Education background/Qualifications:

液压或机械类本科以上学历，通晓液压原理。

Working experience:

1. 四年以上设计开发的工作经验；
2. 具备液压元件的零部件的实际设计经验，如手压泵，油缸；
3. 掌握产品开发流程，有能力设计大批量生产的零部件；
4. 强烈的质量意识，具备汽车行业的工作经历；
5. 动手能力强，能够到客户和自家工厂现场解决各类技术问题；
6. 有汽车行业的项目管理或参与工作经验。

Skills:

1. 熟练使用Solid works和Auto CAD制图软件；
2. 熟练应用英语和国外技术人员进行口语和书面的沟通。

Job Location:Taicang
Daily shuttle buses are offered to commute from Shanghai/Suzhou to Taicang.
