Responsibility
A． Field Quality
1. Chinese Market intervention analysis, including FAT &FL(OEM not included);
2. Collect the European market intervention & analysis the interventions, if there is sensitive change in TG,shall to be understand what happen;
3. Call Rate calculate & First Month Matrix;
4. Organize the Returns components for SQE & QE/Tech/Engineering analysis and get the report;
5. Organize Field Top Faults KAIZEN activity
It is important that after the analysis of the data actions are developed and progressed to reduced or eliminate the faults.
B． Customer Complaints
1. Organize analysis activity with Tech/Engineering & feedback to sales improvement action;
2. Check the actions in workshop with Action plan & record;
AGAIN PROACTIVE APPROCH TO ENSURE ACTIONS ARE FAST AND EFFECTIVE
C． PDCA：Action plan
1. Check the TG data monthly & make forecast report like as EPQ;
2. Base on TG, review the action plan & review the plan with QA manager monthly;
D． Monthly Quality Report update for high level;
E． Organize QA & Gias monthly meeting & update the meeting record in Alfresco;
F． Temporary assignments;
G． In the absence of Quality manager takes temporary leadership to deal with immediate issue;

Requirements:
1. Male, about 8 years work experience in home appliance or electronics production industrial;
2. College above educated in mechanical relevant specialty;
3. Good English enough to communicate with Foreigner management;(Must)
4. Strong & will and can take challenge, will and can handle complicated situation with quality issues, and has strongly will to improve quality with other dept.
5. Six sigma or LEAN training background(Must)
6. Good at ISO system, He must have continuous improvement experience on quality;(Must)
