Reporting to the Logistics Manager is responsible for Logistics works and daily issues to support logistics department development. They are to ensure the fulfilment of the company’s objectives and respect of the company’s strategy.

？ MAIN MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES

？ Handling all customer sales orders and other related documents
？ Handling warehouse management duty (stock in/out, distribution, physical account, etc… )
？ Contact with outsource logistics companies, plan and arrange the delivery process
？ Collect the customer signed delivery notes and filing
？ Order fulfillment following up based on Customer segmentation
？ Support customer service, help resolve customer complain and raise customer satisfactory etc
？ Assistance to the logistics manager/supervisor for the daily management
？ Other temporary job ordered by company leader

？ SPECIFICITIES

？ At least 1 year logistic working experience, have some basic knowledge and experience of Logistic
？ Above college graduated,major in logistics , economic administration
？ Responsibility of duty, careful working attitude, strong implementation and teamwork
？ Good knowledge of Trading/Custom Policies
？ Fluent English and Chinese
？ Good knowledge of ERP system
？ Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
