Role and Responsibilities

1) Discover the problem in sales process so as to make up the gap and improve the sales process to be more smoothly;

2) Process Facilitation:

- Possess and utilize, including, forecast quantities, production quantities, target inventory levels and replenishment plan;

- Ensure that all team members are following the process;

- Monitor resolution of issues and the completion of action items resulting from monthly CLT meetings.

3) Handles major issues either from Coordinate issues during selling process and share resource in the whole China sales team.

4) Work as a key member of price controlling team.

Requirements and/or Advantages

1) Bachelor degree or above, graduate from a famous university is preferred;

2) 3+ years or above experience in sales operations area for a multinational consumer;

3) Ability to create presentations that logically walk senior management through insights and drive to suggested actions;

4) Solid business acumen (revenue, market share) and an ability to team with diverse group of people to deliver value to the company;

5) Effective communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to interact with customers and employees;

6) Fluency (written and oral) in English is required;

Strong proficiency in MS Office is required, as individual will work with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint regularly, familiarity knowledge of SAP.
