职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 负责会员制营销模式的规划、建立和实施,增加有效会员数量及销售额;
2. 大规模数据的分析和挖掘;
3. 通过观察用户、数据发现问题,并推动注册会员、提升来访客户的活跃度;
4. 通过同行业的对比体验,独立完成用户体验各个项目分析报告,全面提升用户体验度;
5. 为决策人员提供有效的数据支持;
6. 配合营销策划人员建立与会员的沟通机制,通过数据分析的结果为营销活动提供依据;
7. 从应用的角度,利用数据挖掘/统计学习的理论和方法解决实际问题;
8. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求:
1. 大学专科以上学历;
2. 25周岁以上,3年以上工作经验;至少1年以上会员营销及数据分析工作经验;
3. 对数据敏感,具有清晰缜密的逻辑思维能力、优秀的分析及解决问题的能力,具有较强的学习能力;
4. 了解分类,聚类及关联分析的各种方法;
5. 良好的团队协作与协调能力,积极主动的精神;
6. 有用户行为分析,用户画像,大规模数据分析和挖掘等相关领域经验者优先;
7. 熟悉互联网/电子商务/电子支付/金融/移动通信/咨询/会员积分行业工作经验者优先。
Responsibilities
1Responsible for planning, establishing and implementing membership marketing model , to increase the effective number of members and sales;
2 large-scale data analysis and data mining;
3 by observing users and data to identify problems, to promote the registered members to enhance the degree of active visitors and customers;
4 By contrast with the industry experience, to complete user experience analysis report of each item independently, to enhance the user experience;
5 providing effective data support for decision makers ;
6 cooperating with marketing plan to establish mechanisms for communication with members, providing the basis for the marketing activities through data analysis results;
7 From the application point of view, using the theory and methods of data mining / statistical learning to solve practical problems;
8 complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Qualifications:
1 college degree or above;
2.above 25 years old, three years of work experience; at least 1 year working experience in marketing and data analysis;
3 sensitive to the data, with a clear careful logical thinking ability, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a strong ability to learn;
4 understand classification, clustering and association analysis of the various methods;
5 good teamwork and coordination ability, initiative spirit;
6 having experience such as user behavior analysis, user portrait, large-scale data analysis and mining related areas is preferred;
7 familiar with Internet / e-commerce / e-payment / Finance / Mobile Communications / Consulting / Member Points industry experience is preferred.
