Responsibilities:
1. Sort, review and follow up the data of CSP (Cost Saving Project) ideas and implementation with detailed tracking.
2. Make conclusion and report for all CSP meeting including the management and CSP commissioners.
3. Take responsible for training new employees and old employees.
4. Get feedback and suggestion by involving workshops and look for more and more new ideas.
5. Do the reward on every end of every month.
