Missions：
1. 协助建立和完善EHS管理体系。Assistant to build up and improve EHS management system
2. 组织安全委员对各部门车间进行安全与5S方面的评估和检查，做出改善行动方案，协助各部门完成改善行动。Organize all representatives to make a assessment for safety and 5S and audit in all departments, work out improvement action plan and assistant them to finish.
3. 对新员工进行安全与5S方面的培训。Offer new employees for safety and 5S training
4. 协助公司内部和客户外部等安全方面的审核，以及针对审核后组织采取改善行动。Assistant to go through inner and client audit, and take action to improve after auditing.
5. 全厂消防器材（灭火器，消防栓，紧急照明灯）管理/检查协调/追踪/更换Manage and change extinguisher
6. 厂商施工管理：施工隔离标示，警告标示，施工拍照/记录，动火作业管理Suppliers’ construction management
7. 每天巡厂：员工是否戴安全眼镜，穿安全鞋等，安全标志是否完好，员工是否有危险作业/动作（在工作场所）Go around the plant and check( if the staffs wear glasses and safety shoes, if safety sign is in good condition, if the staffs work in danger)
8. 其它临时交办事项ad-hoc job

Typical Education Level教育背景: University or above 本科或以上

* Specialized knowledge and skills特殊技能： Good knowledge in Chinese laws, regulations, standards regarding EHS; Good experience and skill in the environmental and /or health& safety field; Good communication and interpersonal skill; Good English skill is a must

熟悉中国法律法规, EHS 标准；具有丰富的环境健康安全管理经验和技能，良好的沟通能力，必备英语技能
