Regional Operation Manager 区域营运经理

1. Major Duties and Responsibility 主要职责

Main purpose of the role主要目的

Lead all stores in region to success by developing a team that consistently exceeds expectations in all area of business operations including Company sales objectives, KPIs, financial results, customer satisfaction and associates satisfaction.

带领各区域之分店成为一支持续超出各业务领域期望的团队，包括公司销售目标、关键绩效指标Kpi、 财务业绩、 客户满意度和员工满意度。

Major Duties and Responsibility主要职责和责任

· Develop and drive teamwork within stores. Lead, coach and motivate store manager & associates in the assigned territory to achieve the company objectives and KPIs；

· 发展及推动分店团队合作。带领、教练和激励分店经理及同事在所属区域达致公司目标和关键绩效指针

· Build the successful store team by placing the right individuals into the appropriate team and providing the support and coaching constantly to raise the bar；

· 安排适当人员配置并提供支持及教练以不断提高表现水平及建立成功团队

· Verify store daily work efficiency & productivity through regular store tour on tracking SOP workflow and guidelines. Manage upkeep and conditions of all equipment, fixtures and facilities of store premises；

· 通过日常分店巡查及跟进sop 分店营运流程和指引以确保分店工作效率及生产力。管理和维护分店之设备、装置和设施

· Keep the market pulse and continuously drive the business by analysing key financial data, competition, market trends, and provide frequent feedback to management and property team to benefit overall retail development plan

· 保持市场脉搏和不断以关键财务数据、竞争对手及市场趋势分析推动业务发展，提供反馈给立地部以帮助整体零售发展计划

· Work closely with other functional peers, such as IT, CRM, VM, PS and Product to drive overall operation efficiency and team synergy

· 与其他部门紧密合作，如信息科技、客户关系管理、视觉形象管理、专业服务及产品部，并共同推动营运效率及部门协作。

· Bachelor or above

Experience:

经验要求

· Minimum 5 years experience in retail industry;有珠宝，手表，化妆品，连锁咖啡或餐饮等相关行业工作者优先考虑

· Minimum 3 years experience in managerial positions

· Be mobile and able to travel
