Purpose of Position
To achieve sales quota and new business revenue
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
-Identifies business opportunities by prospecting in the assigned territory, qualifying the situations and deciding on the optimal actions.
-Understand and anticipates needs of the qualified prospects, and recommend the best solution over those of competitors.
-Maintains relationships with key clients by providing support, information, and advice; researching and recommending new opportunities for business improvements
-Maintains relationships with partners by providing support and information; researching and recommending new opportunities for mutual business and technical developments.
-Analyze, report and forecast situations effectively following the Sales management process.
-Identifies product improvements or new products opportunities by being vigilant on customers' needs and feedbacks, remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
-Contributes to team effort to achieve organization targets
-Adhere to compare rules in all activities under all situations
Requirements:
-University Degree (Equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's degree), preferably in a technical, business or a related discipline and completion of an acceptable marketing and sales training program plus generally 2 years progressively responsible outside sales experience including experience selling to strategic or major accounts of national or international scope
-Demonstrated ability to creatively complete a sales cycle
-Demonstrated ability to sell at senior levels within client accounts
-Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales staff
