职位描述
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Creating solutions based on the Epicor product suite and technology stack that satisfy customer requirements.
2. Working with consultants within Asia Pacific region to ensure solutions can be implemented both within budget and to project deadlines.
3. Developing customizations and guiding other team members in development best practices.
4. Building quick sales prototypes to demonstrate a technology or potential solution for pre-sales
5. Working with CTC Technical support colleagues to assist Asia Pacific customers and colleagues
Experience & Knowledge Required:
1. Experience of capturing customer requirements and creating solutions based on these requirements from requirements documentation through to on-site delivery and training.
2. Excellent English reading and writing skills, Ability to converse in basic English.
3. 5-8 years experience of development.
4. Prefer with Microsoft tools and stack including Visual Studio .NET IDE, C#.NET and SQL Server.
Development experience on Linux, Unix using other frameworks and languages like Django with Python, Zend with PHP, Node.js+jQuery with javascript is also acceptable.
5. Experience on other IDEs such as Eclpise, SharpDevelop, Mono, Komodo is ok.
6. Ideally exposure and understanding of manufacturing software (PLM/MRP/ERP).
7. Exposure to Agile development methodologies and SCRUM an advantage.
8. Mobile and web solutions for cloud platforms and distributed systems a definite advantage.

2. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
4. Team Player in a multi-disciplined team.
