One of Australasia's leading listed food company is seeking for HRM-Greater China.
Key Accountabilities:
- Contribute to effective business strategy implementation;
- Facilitate administrative efficiency;
- Promote and enhance employee contribution to the business, and;
- Contribute to effective change management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, essential min. 8 years of HR experience in a sales / supply chain / manufacturing environment with proven HR problem solving skills;
- Training and staff development experience;
- Employee Relations experience;
- Good conflict resolution and negotiating skills;
- Desirable with FMCG experience.
