Job Holder: Quality department
Job Title: Senior QA
Based at: Zhanjiang SW
Responsible to: Quality manager

Responsibilities - general
1. Furniture process audit, monitor & improvement working with factory,
2. Follow up corrective and preventive action requirement and the status to achieve quality continuous improvement with factory,
3. Positive inline inspection to help factory to prevent problem,
4. Responsible for ECN control and deviation investigation and solution draft,
5. PPM join and quality control plan of each item draft,
6. Recording and reporting daily and weekly inspection report,
7. NCR problem identify with factory and solution coming up with factory,
8. Inspection document, colour panel & swatch maintenance,
9. Random pull check on packaged products,

Responsibilities – specific to
Agreed furniture manufacturing process audit, in-time report and solution with factory on issue findings

Competencies/Skills required
Must
1. Hard working, team work spirit, initiative, honest and work under pressure
2. Efficient furniture technical and quality assurance background

Education/Experience
Must
1. College or above, 5 years experience in furniture industry such as wooden furniture, sofa, etc. minimum 2 years in buying office as QA function
2. Could read English and communicate with English email
Prefer
1. Spoken English but not must
2. Cantonese if preferred
