Qualifications:

- Associate Degree in Automation or Mechanism.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in equipment management ;

- Solid experience in automatic technologic knowledge(PLC.frequency converter and mechanical design).

- Good English in written and spoken

- Have experience in 5s and TPM implement.

Main Functions:

a) Set up the machine to improve the performance of inspection machine to meet 100% release on line target

b) Assist Cold End Manager to process automatic project improvement and optimize of cold end.

c) Conveyer optimization

d) Assist Cold End Manager to estimate and build up new automatic project and line layout of cold end, help purchasing department to searching for equipment supplier and purchase. Handle automation project manpower, cost, quality and schedule management and control. Handle whole automatic project trial run and validation.

e) Manage the whole automatic (inspection machine) team work arrangement daily.

f) Train the technicians of inspection machine

g) Develop new technology how knows (PLC...)
