Job Objective:
Develop strong Dunlop business presence in Zhejiang market.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the Dunlop business development including Distribution, home decoration and Trade channel in assigned market.
2. Build, manage and develop the channel network, Focus on new customer development and existing customer management.
3. Assist and coach customer on market development, products training, solution proposal, Dunlop Shop decoration, etc.
4. Marketing intelligence collection, such as key competitors, key activities, products, price, and other information required..
5. Achieve the sales target within expense budget and others KPI. Take ownership on AR management
6. Other task assigned.

Personal Skills:
？ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
？ Can work well under pressure.
？ Like to study new knowledge

Functional Skills:
？ College degree or above
？ 3 years or above sales experience in building material industry, Preferred in dry mixed mortar industry.
？ Good command of reading and writing in English, will be a plus if good spoken in English.
？ Good understanding on distribution, decoration company and trade business operation.
