Responsibility：
1. Develop, implement and improve HSE management system in Laboratory
2. Ensure overall HSE compliance in AHK group policies, rules, procedures and local law & regulations requirements.
3. Develop training and other activities to drive local HSE engagement
4. Follow up corrective actions from incident and internal/external audit
5. Other tasks assigned by Laboratory manager

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree and above
2. Minimum three years experience in a HSE role in a manufacturing plant.
3. Team working, self motivated, result oriented, and pay attention to detail
4. Proficient in written and oral English
5. good at training and communication
