What we offer

• Provide technical service and product application support for sales and marketing.
• Respond to customers' technical issues
• Responsible for preparing technical presentation, conducting training (internal and customer), developing new product and application guides and recommendations.
• Familiar with 8 Disciplines problem solving
• Capable of 8 Disciplines problem solving with these techniques with minimal input from supervisor; Beginning to use good scientific judgment, statistical analysis, root cause identification, robust solution implementation; Developing ability to plan, manage, track and complete significant projects; Meeting all timelines and goals of the project.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry Engineering, Electronics or material Science
• Minimum of five years of working experience in LED(Liquid-emitting Diode), Display, SMT(Surface Mount Technology) industry
• Good English communication skills
• Available to travel
