Title: Process Engineer --- Extrusion    

Report to: Operational Excellence Director    

Location: Based in Shanghai Qingpu Plant

  

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the appropriate SOP and SOC.
• Initial projects to optimize operation performance, including Yield, Rate and Cost
• Provide support operation team in daily troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Lead the new product introduction and raw material replacement project
• Act as key contributor in optimizing process and procedure.
• Acts as a process representative when future new line introduces
• Participate EHS, food safety and quality programs.
• Acts as a resource for operators and quality people

   

Qualifications & Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Material science, Polymer science or Chemical engineering.
• Minimum 5 year experiences in multi-layer extrusion. Multi-international company experience is preferable. Lean/6 sigma experience is preferable.
• Strong Project Management experience is a plus
• Fluent English read, write and communication
• Good computer skills. Knowledge in ERP system.
• Good self-management skills, with the ability to function effectively as part of a cross functional team
• Love the challenge of solving problem with a closely working with engineers, shift leaders, maintainers and operation technicians.
• Strong ability to learn new knowledge, good coaching skills on operation side.
