岗位职责
1.管理区域区桶啤技术人员的日常工作，管理技术团队的服务质量及KPI完成情况
2.管理及安排本区域设备及配件的发放及安装维护，进行资产账本的管理；
3.确保区域区设备的安装维护符合公司标准 ，在桶啤销售点保证机器及配套设备的正常使用；
4.配合公司品控人员对桶啤零售点的酒质检查，确保区域桶啤酒质在整个销售期间均达到公司品质标准；
5.培训桶啤技术人员及零售点工作人员，保证技术人员及售点相关人员执行符合品控标准；
6.对公司资产盘点及桶啤活动提供支持，对重点客户设备安装提供支持；
7.承担并安排部分冰柜等资产的翻新工作 ；
8.不断提高技术服务团队的服务水平和技术服务的标准 ；
任职要求
1、大学及以上学历，5年工作经历，具备较全面的桶啤技术以及现调机服务经验；
2、精通桶啤设备或制冷设备的知识，了解一定电工知识；
3、熟悉制冷设备的清洗及维护；
4、具有敬业精神，团队建设、合作能力、耐性和高度的责任感，能承受较强的工作压力；
