Responsibility工作内容：

    

1. Be responsible for all products quality performance, make sure meet customer requirement and company internal specification, including raw material, finish product, product in process (semi-finish good)

    

负责所有产品的质量性能，确保满足客户需求及公司指标，包括所有原材料，成品及半成品的品质管控。                                               

    

2. Monitoring all the quality related behaviors base on the quality procedures. Report and correct the findings (including production workshop and warehouse). Maintain all the quality practice / quality system at high level.

    

监督厂区内各项质量管理规范的执行并及时报告违规情况, 通知并责令限期纠正 （包括生产车间，仓库）. 确保所有质量行为、质量体系以高水准运行。

    

3. Collect the quality suggestions and advise of quality improvement. Review plant quality performance with plant management team periodically.

    

广泛收集质量建议，对厂区内质量改进提出建议. 定期和工厂管理团队回顾汇报质量绩效。

    

4. Visit customers to understand market requirement and solve customer complaints; visit suppliers to do supplier evaluation.

    

拜访客户以了解市场需求，并解决客户投诉的相关问题；拜访供应商，并完成供应商质量评估。

    

5. Work with process engineer and I&D to develop new product. Make quality continuous improvement and cost control by capability study and data analysis.

    

协助工艺工程师及研发设计人员开发新产品，通过过程能力和数据分析持续改进质量水平和成本控制。

    

6. Maintain and follow quality system, ensure to comply with company policy and industrial standard.

    

维护质量管理体系，确保符合公司政策和行业标准。
