·         Own complete global product portfolio in specified category, including introduction of new products and sunset of existing products

·         Create product category that is superior to competitors in every way, e.g. best in Class features, benefits, performance, quality and design

·         Quickly react to changing markets and conditions, capitalizing on unforeseen opportunities and re-prioritizing resources as needed

·         Serve as an internal and external spokesperson for the category, creating and communicating a compelling vision, demonstrating complete strategy ownership and passion for the category

·         Lead and develop a high-functioning, diverse team based in multiple regions

Supervisory Relationships:   Reports to Director – Product Marketing, Commercial Product, China & APAC

Education and Experience Requirements

 

·         At least Bachelor’s degree or above

·         8 years of relevant product management experience

·         Preferred industry: kitchen & bath, electric appliance, tool, faucet

·         Resourceful

·         Good cross-functional experience

·         Passionate and patient

·         Strong commercial sense and analytical skill

·         Good sense of urgency

·         Acknowledge a satisfactory written & spoken English level
