职位描述
Position: WPS Manager/ Lean Manager
Report to: Plant Director
Location: Foshan City, ShunDe,
Job Mission:
Manage all resources required for the transformation of the site. Reach within all functions, engage and motivate plant, reach out proactively to all central functions to drive the change.
Responsibilities:
Support the FMP process (creation,maintenance, VSD repository) and ensures alignment with profit plan.
Define,maintain and lead the execution of the Road Map/KAIZEN deployment ensuring embedment with ICS.
Generate the best mix of projects to implement FMP within allotted factory's capital.
Represent the factory in the product category CoC in order to build the production network (best-practice transfer,building the learning organization).
Ensure STD process implementation and adherence to WPS STD's (tools,processes,SOP's)
Interface with Manufacturing Excellence regarding FMP,Road Map,WPS Audits and Blue Book.
Guarantee Problem Solving strategies and ensure continuous improvement process.
Organize the yearly WPS Audit,maintains activity list.
Lead all activities to define and execute improvements.
Plan organizational and qualification development with HR to improve the factory WPS capability.
Support local WPS trainer certification and provide training sessions as WPS trainer.
Attend training on the job and educational activities.
Requirement Essentials:
Proficient with:
-business acumen
-project management
-brand and customer champion
-cost leadership
-innovation
-material handling
-material flow design
-processing mapping & relation diagram
-quality management
-standardization design
-Equipment
-warehouse & inventory management
BEng / BSc in electronics, instrumentation & process control engineering, or related.
10+ years working experience of IE/WPS in Multinational Company.
Fluent in English.
Strong analytical mind.
Preferred
Good knowledge of FMEA, layout;
Good experience on continuous improving management;
Good communication skill.
