职位描述
A leading company in packaging industry is seeking for an Financial Analyst in Huizhou.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
? Organize plants finance month-end closing, including APEX input, IP reconciliation, PPA adjustment, CD equity accounting, manual elimination and HQ cost input etc.
? Review the plant APEX input to ensure accuracy of all the data.
? Lead report simplification, standardization & automation initiative for China, including standard template retrieves set-up, APEX account treatment training etc.
? Organize plants finance half-year and year-end closing, conduct plant finance to complete the tax SRP, Treasury SRP and main SRP and follow up the related questions from SRO.
? Prepare the annual audit documents for consolidation/HQ entity.
? Conduct plant finance to maintain and upgrade the APEX, Smartview etc and help to resolve the issues.
? Compliance with Amcor accounting policies - Ensuring Amcor accounting policies / rules are being communicated among China BU sites
Financial Planning and Analysis
? Support FC to prepare the MMR, including analyzing and monitoring performance of each plant, identifying PBIT, BWC & cash flow drivers and potential areas of improvement.
? Standardize the calculation across plants for PBIT bridge analysis, conduct plant to better identify the drivers.
? Prepare monthly WC performance by plants including all the aging report (AR,AP and Inventory) and identify the variance.
? Prepare the monthly result forecast, monitor the variance with the plant finance
? Coordinate Capex forecast and reporting with plant finance and function team and analyze the variance
? Provide financial & business analysis per the management requests irregularly.
? Support the management in annual budgeting, strategic planning process.
? Margin Management---Coordinate with Procurement & Marketing to evaluate financial impacts from RM price trend & pass-through plans.
? Project track and update ---Coordinate with Technical, Procurement & CI to track progress of profitability improvement projects, e.g. V+, P+ and PIP/CI savings, integration/synergy etc.
Compliance/Internal Control
? Compliance with all policies and internal control - Ensuring all policies / rules are being communicated among China BU sites
? Maintain credit review and control system on customers' receivable portfolio. Ensure that the accounts receivable listing is tightly managed and long outstanding debts are recovered or prudent action taken to improve the businesses working capital position.
? Maintain DOA & effective internal controls with plant teams and ensure conformity to Corporate policies & procedures and statutory & ASX requirements.
? Participate internal controls review assignments, BS review on a regular basis to identify control deficiencies and develop recommendations for issue rectification.
? Tax strategy to mitigate financial & statutory risks and optimize value creation.
Capex Forecasting/Tracking
? Coordinate Capex forecast and reporting with plant finance and function team and analyze the variance
WC Management
? Monthly review all the aging report (AR,AP and Inventory) with plant finance to ensure the outstanding items are fully covered and analyzed, the actions plan are well prepared and followed up to improve WC position and achieve out-performance plan.
? Prepare monthly WC Dashboard and share with the management team
? Coordinate best practice sharing among all the sites
Requirements:
? University Degree in Finance, CPA preferred
? 3 years above finance experience in multinational manufacturing company
? Have experience in manufacturing costing.
? Meticulous, quality focused and good analytical skills
? Good knowledge of ERP system and Hyperion HFM experience preferred
? Familiar with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
? Fluent in English both writing and oral
? Hard working, Fast response and Team Work
