Responsibilities:1. Receive from Quality HQ and Continuous Improvement engineer all the Quality acceptability criteria (and eventual their updating/integration) fixed for Candy products on functional and aesthetical aspects. 2. Manage, train and support his personnel in the area to carry out daily sampling and checking based on orders accordingly based on sampling plan and corresponding standard. 3. Train QC colleagues about the acceptability criteria and inform Production people on issues found . 4. ensure that his collaborator undergo systematic professional development on test methods and new and / or modified products. 5. Compile and / or sign the Non-conformity Report ( Mod 163 SQ ), define corrective actions to be taken, ask REFAB to agree and sign the document as well and send it to Divisional SEQUA. 6. Sign report on form Mod 140 SQ and ask REFAB to agree and sign as well. 7. Provide periodical records of activity and result ( normally each month ) to be used for periodical Factory Quality meeting. 8. Verify the effectiveness of corrective action. Cooperate customer's audit / inspection activity. 9. Auditing and managing the safety testing equipments used in line and CABAS to make sure they are under proper working.
Post Conditions:a) Bachelor degree major in Mechanical or Electrical educational background.b) 5 years in quality field experience (at least 3+years management experience) fully mast of finished-products inspection (mechanical +electrical+ safety) and carry out corresponding activities to make sure the quality of outgoing WMs.c) Fully master of using inspection equipment.d) Understand the quality of electric home appliance products (washing machine is advantage).e) Well use of pc and regular office software such as micro soft office (word, excel and powerpoint).f) Reading, writing and speaking English are necessary.
