Objectives
Fully support all aspects of product portfolio analysis and new product development based on company strategy that meet the needs of the customers within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities
？ Conduct market research, competitor analysis based on market environment, customer and technology trend
？ Define the market position within the content of the overall product strategy
？ Leading the right product go-to-market and transfer the product features into market language
？ Selling tools development to meet the market requirement
？ Work with sales team to track new and key product sales performance. Get market and customer feedback and lead new product development or product upgrade

Knowledge & Experience: 
Above 5 years’ experience in product management in building material MNC.
Education & Professional Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in engineering or material related field.
Language Requirements: 
Chinese native speaker with excellent professional English language skills
Travel Requirements: 
Depends on job requirement 
Other Requirements:
Familiar with MS office and project management software.
