Job Responsibilities:

  

• Technical support—20%

  • Provide repair and maintaining coaching to distributors workers based on training schedule-10%

  • Provide technical guide when distributors have technical problems--- 5%

  • Assist to finish the product field test in the responsible area.---5%

• Distributors management—40%

  • Identify all warranty claims and forward them to support team by month---5%

  • Handle customer complaints and leakage cases in responsible area in time---5%

  • Visit distributors, collect quality and application issues and push technical team to improve them-10%

  • Help and push distributors to set up service team, update contract regularly—10%

  • Service policy implementation and evaluate the distributors service ability based on the score card by year---10%

• Key account management---30%

  • Visit SBUX stores for regular communication ---10%

  • Visit SBUX office for regular communication ---10%

  • Hold meeting with SBUX regional leader monthly---10%

• Service policy and monthly report---10%

  • Help service operation team to determine the service policy, service contract---5%

  • Create monthly report---5%

     

                                    

Requirements:

  

• Must have strong technical skills in water treatment, filtration and/or plumbing environment.

• Able to conduct technical presentations.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

• Must have performance/profit orientation.

• Must have tenacity and be willing to travel 50% of time.

• Prefer 3+ years of foodservice experience, in technical role.
