Responsibilities
Relentlessly pursue the best internal customer satisfaction of IT services in Commercial organization and Shanghai Headquarters with a limited budget
Continuously drive productivity improvement from all possible dimensions. E.g. streamlining processes
Manage a team including field force support and deskside support personnel
Accountable for incidents and problems management for China commercial organization, collaborate with an international IT team to get problem solved
Responsible for all IT infrastructure and end-user services in Shanghai headquarter
Implement end-user and infrastructure related projects. E.g. MS Office upgrade
Closely follow the tech trends, to bring innovative tools, solutions to create business value
Follow the information security guideline and procedures
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Bachelor’s degree with 7 year plus related work experience
Track record on delivering great customer satisfaction on IT services by leading a team
Hands-on experience on MS Windows 10, Office365 support
Hands-on experience on VIP support for at least one year
Fluent English and Chinese both verbal and written
ITIL foundation certificate is a must
Basic knowledge of enterprise solutions such as SAP, SFDC
Basic knowledge of Digital such as WeChat mini-program
PMP, MBA, ITIL higher level certificates are plus
