Qua is a leading edge developer of advance filtration membrane products for water & waste water reuse applications. With head quarter in USA, Qua also operates its facilities in India.

Our extensive R&D activities over a decade resulted in a cutting edge membrane products such as UF Membrane Module and Fractional Electro de ionisation stacks.

For our aggressive expansion plans, in China, we are looking for a sales position, the job description for the same is given below.

This position will be responsible for the outbound sales and marketing activities for QUA products in China. This includes identifying and setting up the right channel for promoting Qua products, supporting and motivating distributors and effective interaction with customers.

The key expectation will be the sales revenue and YOY growth.

Ability to grasp the market pulse, understand the competition thoroughly and position Qua as a premium, technology driven brand.

Effective interaction across the hierarchy and excellent presentation skills would be key skills.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and develop the right sales channel and channel partners for the market.

- Drive the sales volumns and revenue either direct or through distribution network.

- Managing the direct key accounts as well as key accounts through distributors.

- Set up clear distribution policies and manage multiple distribution.

- Understand the promotional needs and implement the appropriate marketing activities.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of industrial product marketing experience with at least 1 years' experience in a water treatment industry.

- Bachelor's in Science/Engineering. Business or marketing degree or diploma would be an added advantage.

- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate in English effectively.

- Willing to travel extensively.

- Excellent people and management skills for effective interaction at all levels.
