MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll &bonus& tax process for China and SEA.

• Responsible for the daily payroll management (Including staff data, leave, attendance and social benefits).

• Communicate with employees and answer their question about compensation and benefits to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Work with internal counterparts and external vendors to ensure on time and accurate payment of salary, social securities and other C&B related.

• Participate external surveys to determine payroll practices and market rates within relevant industry.

• Complete internal and external reports in alignment with reporting requirements.

• Handle employee benefit issues on social insurance, commercial insurance, health check and gifts.

• Work with accounting to provide cost allocation and payments.

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of employee master data maintenance in HR system

• Support internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.

• Ensure monthly reports are accomplished accurately and punctually.

• Support to conduct C&B programs.

• Employee’s on/ off boarding process management

• Working-out of Training Plan and schedule of the training, Organize the training courses together according to training needs

• Participate in recruitment process, annual compensation planning and the Ethics and Compliance training process.

• Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the HR Director

Education/ Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

• At least 5 years of human resource management experience.

• Strong background in change management processes and facilitation of change, ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances, thrive in a constantly changing business environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Familiar with SAP，ERP, people Soft , ihrplus would be a plus

• Good command of Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
