职位描述：
Key Responsibility主要职责：
1. Communicate with the customer engineering team and Supplier team, Timely solve the problems.
与客户工程团队和供应商团队沟通。及时解决问题。
2. Need to know of product engineering, plastic part, injection technics, die casting process, precision sheet metal process, machining process, Electronic, Aluminum extrusion process, to development from prototype to mass prodution processes, to meet the product specification requirements.
需要了解和熟悉产品工程的相关方面知识：注塑、塑胶产品、压铸工艺、钣金冲压工艺、CNC加工、激光切割、铝挤压成型、喷涂，了解从样品到量产大货的实现过程，满足产品规格要求。
3. Review & analysis documentations from customers such as assembly drawing with Supplier engineer team, BOM, ensure that all information be accepted and absorbed into internal documents. Research and implement process for new production
和供应商工程团队一起对客户文件的审核、分析，诸如装配图纸，BOM表，确保所有的客户信息能被接受及吸收，并能准确无误地转化为工厂内部文件；研究并实施新产品的制作工艺。
4. Using project management skills to lead the NPI and maintain the daily production. To participant in analysis & improvement of Non-performing products, include the RMA; NCR etc, to provide technical support for continues improvement.
将项目管理技能来管理新产品导入和产品日常生产的维护,参与不良品的分析及改善,包括RMA、NCR等，为持续改善提供技术支持；
5. According to product drawing and Supplier’s manufacture process, make the product specification and inspection plan, do process inspection when production
跟进产品图纸和供应商生产工艺，制作产品标准和检验计划，当产品生产时进行过程检验
6. Check and improve manufacturing process, and raise output and reliability and efficiency of production through learning and recommending new technologies;
查看、改善以及优化制造程序，学习和推荐新技术来提高产品的产出、可靠性和效率；
7. Relative work arrangement by your supervisor

Qualifications任职资格：
1.Educational Requirement学历要求：Bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历
2.Major Requirement专业要求： 机械设计及机械制造相关，汽车、机械、自动化
3.English Ability英语能力： Effective English communication skills, both written and spoken; 良好的英语听说读写能力；
4.Work experience经历要求： Have more than 2 years on medical device or automotive industry area have developing or producing experience on stamping process, bending process, CNC machining, plastic injection, tooling making, surface treatment有2年以上医疗器械或汽车行业五金钣金冲压、CNC车铣、塑胶、电子、模具、表面处理的生产或开发经验
5.Skilled at design software: UG, Solidwork, AutoCAD, ProE etc
熟练使用诸如UG, Solidwork, AntoCAD, ProE等3D设计软件
6.Have good communication skills and team work spirit;
具有良好的人际沟通技能及团队合作精神；
7.Ability to multi-task;
