职位描述：

岗位职责：
-处理日常进出口海运、空运订单及出货计划、协调仓储码头现场/拖车/报关等部门，为货物选择模式/承运人/服务水平等
-管理订单及设备,汇总报告及服务供应商.
-协调起运地及目的地的有关物流工作
-与国内外的客户保持良好的关系,为其提供优质服务和详尽的解答
-协助公司内部各部门及海外代理为客户解决物流问题




任职要求：
-大专或以上学历
-有2年以上物流、货代客服相关工作经验

-英语口语及听力熟练,能应对即时海外电话咨询.
-具有团队精神。有较强的物流和运输知识、较强的客户服务能力和较强的沟通能力
-能承受较大的工作量与工作压力

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

-Handle daily sea & air freight export & import operation
-Provide friendly and professional service to our customers
-Purchase order follow-up of import and export business for assigned customers
-Answer customer inquiries
-Close co-operation with sales force，accounting departments and oversea agencies
-Back up other team members per team leader instruction.

Requirements:

-College or above
-Above two years working experience in global logistics firm will be priority
-Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
-Good in communication & organization skill, being initiative and careful
-Responsible and self-motivated with positive working attitude
-PC knowledge of Word, Excel & E-mail
