Role purpose
? Implement sales plan and achieve sales targets / 执行销售计划,达成销售目标
? Implement the demand creation and achieve sales targets / 执行市场需求拉动,促进销售达成
? Build business relationship with key stores and big farmers / 维护重点零售店和大农户的关系
Accountabilities
? Work with area manager / business representative to implement sales plan and achieve sales target / 与区域经理或业务代表共同执行销售计划达成销售目标
? Work with area manager / business representative to manage distributor & retailors sales in and consumption / 与区域经理或业务代表共同管理批发商和零售商的进货和消化
? Work with area manager / business represetative to execute the market campaigns / 与区域经理或业务代表共同执行市场推广活动
? Implement demand creation ( conduct farmer meetings, promotions and trails etc. ) / 执行市场需求拉动工作(召开农民会,实施促销活动,田间试验等)
? Fengda retailer management ( display, sell in and consuption ) / 丰达店管理(店面陈列,进货和消化)
? Field intellegence and provide market information & reports to area manager / business represetative on time / 田间和市场信息的收集汇总并及时报告给区域经理或业务代表
? Support Area Manager or Business Representative on channel management (scan project) / 支持区域经理或业务代表做好渠道管理工作(例如:零售店扫描项目)

? Agronomy knowledge / 农学知识
