职位描述：
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1、60% 负责东北地区所有经销商展厅及其所属分销商的销售人员培训，根据需要保持每季度或每半年一次的经销商培训，保持每半年一次的分销商专场培训。
2、5% 负责对东三省的新入职科勒员工的基础培训工作。
3、30% 日常对店面的销售辅导及支持，根据计划定期对东北三省的主要店面进行驻店销售辅导，并逐渐将辅导范围扩展至重点分销商店面。
4、5% 根据需要配合华北其它地区及全国性质的培训课程。

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Supervisory Relationships:
Reports to Associate Sales Training Manager – North China, dotted line report to Associate Area Sales Director – Northeast China

Organization Relationships:
Frequent contact with Sales and Sales Manager –including Regional Sales.
Frequent contact with Internal Trainers of Kohler China
Moderate contact with other department colleagues.

External Relationships:
Frequent contact with Distributor/Dealer, i.e. Showroom, Project Sales and their managers as well.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
University graduated or above in relevant discipline.
Minimum 1 year’s Sales/HR training background and 2 years’ solid experience in assistant position
Previous experience in a multinational company or sizeable company and very organized personality are preferred. 举报 分享
