About This Job:
? Effectively establishing the site maintenance strategy in terms of the associated global maintenance policy and the relevant local regulations
? Ensure the preventive and predictive maintenance plan be in place and implemented effectively.
? Ensure providing the quick maintenance responsiveness and high maintenance quality to any emergency breakdown
? Ensure the knowledge and capability of engineering team be continuously improved through the specific training plan, good experience/practices sharing and effective coaching. E.g. Syngenta HSEQ standard, professional maintenance skill and risk identification.
? Ensure the site Capex Projects be completed on schedule through the active coordination with the respective project owner.
? Ensure the various maintenance activities be in compliance with local regulations and associated Syngenta HSE/Engineering polices. E.g. external maintenance service, contractor management, PTW and LOTO.
? Ensure energy saving plan be place and effectively implemented
? Ensure all equipment design and operation status be in compliance with Syngenta HSE standard and local legal requirements. E.g. special equipment management
? Ensure the maintenance expenditure is effectively controlled within budget
? Ensure the engineering network be effectively established across regional/global FPP sites
Qualifications
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
? Strong on spectrum engineering discipline including mechanical, electrical, chemical, utility equipment and process control
? Knowledge of maintenance methodology on Lean/TPM
? Knowledge and understanding of HSE policy and regulations.
? Cooperation and interaction experiences
? Experience of equipment maintenance and PM system management in chemical plant
Education/Qualifications:
? Minimum 8 years of solid experiences in working on maintenance and engineering
? University bachelor degree in engineering
