Accountabilities





· Identify channel opportunities and develop channel strategies/ plans of delegated channels to the plants

· Participate in Immediate Consumption Development (e.g. E&D Channel/ TG/ CVS/ Petrol Channel/ Cybercafe Channel)

· Support the plants' Channel Marketing Team on related research, projects result evaluation, best practices and recommendation providing

· Monitor and provide assistance on channel plans implementation

· Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team and other functions of Head Office

· Work together with Coca-Cola Region Commercial Leadership on Channel projects to assess potential business impacts and opportunities

· Enhance capabilities of the Channel Marketing Team in the plants by organizing training and workshops



Job Requirements



· Degree graduate preferably in Marketing or Business related disciplines

· Minimum 5 years of Marketing experiences with China exposures in multinational FMCG companies

· A proactive and well-organized team player who are with good communication and interpersonal skills

· A self-starter who can work independently

· Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)

· Willing to travel across China

    广东太古可口可乐有限公司是在一九九五年由太古可口可乐香港有限公司、广东省食品进出口集团公司及中粮饮料（广州）有限公司共同投资成立的，总生产设施面积达到二万六千平方米。在全中国42家装瓶厂中，属于***的装瓶厂。现有员工三千多人，是可口可乐系统在全国的***大装瓶厂。
    
    公司主要在广东省内13个城市地区销售可口可乐旗下各品牌的饮料，为广东省四千六百万的消费者提供最优质的饮料之一。公司的产品分成两大类，汽水和不含汽饮料，广东厂主要是生产含汽饮料，年生产能力达到2.5亿标箱，公司2012年销量超过1.9亿标箱，作为可口可乐系统在中国的***大装瓶厂，公司三次荣获中国区***装瓶厂称号。
    
    公司投资一千多万元兴建污水处理厂，采用目前世界上最先进的厌氧和耗氧双重净化系统, 处理后的污水达到 《广州市污水排放标准》一级标准,不会对珠江造成污染； 利用燃烧沼气安装了热能回收系统；并设置了回收水系统，回收冲洗瓶罐后的水作公司清洁地板、清洗汽车以及浇花之用，和提供给邻厂冷却水塔。
