职位描述：
Mission:
1. Interface with Sales & Marketing as well as clients for technical support 在客户和销售之间做好技术支持
2. Organize with plant operation organization to take lead to drive the progress from RFQ, feasibility study, quotation, project kick-off, sampling, sample submission, sample approval, commercial release, trial run to shorten project development lead-time 管理好新品开发项目，从报价，图纸，打样，送样，与客户沟通，放行项目，到量产。
3. Analyze new project data, show the evidence of the trend of new sales 做好统计，有能力从数据中分析新品销售的趋势
4. Improve and follow the new development process 优化开发流程
5. Project cost analysis and control 控制每个项目的成本
6. Cost control of department must be under budget 控制部门的预算
7. Manage the team of innovation, propose new innovation project 管理创新研发团队，推荐创新项目
8. Manage all confirmed innovation project, working with innovation engineer对已确认的创新项目，跟进并管理
9. Regular reporting on the project status to R&D director向研发总监定期汇报项目状态
10. Answer to the need on the new material or process required from NPD 支持并协助新产品开发团队所提出新材料或工艺的需求
* Typical Education Level教育背景:
bachelor本科, major in mechanical/or chemical/or management related 机械/化学/管理学相关专业

* Specialized knowledge and skills特殊技能：
Microsoft office办公软件, English英语，good communication and analysis skill良好的沟通和分析能力
