职位描述：
职位: Academy Trainee 管理培训生（湛江、广州）

定岗后的发展方向：机械工程师，自动化工程师，项目工程师，质量工程师，生产主管，研发工程师，人事专员，采购员，物流专员，财务等不同职能的发展方向。

岗位要求Requirement：
1. 应届毕业生或毕业2年内. Fresh graduated student or graduated within 2 years.
2. 大专以上学历College degree or above.
3. 具备基本的英文听说读写能力 Basic English skill in listening, reading, speaking and writing.
4. 专业不限，理科生优先 Major in engineering is a plus.

职业发展Career development:
On board 6 months--Trainee
After 2~3 year--Specialist
After 4~5 year--Potential Supervisor or Engineer
After 6~7 years or above--Management level or Senior Engineer
