SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Product Merchandising
? Maintain display appearance
? Analyze display performance and address problems
? Communicate with peers/distributors for possibilities of new products in showroom
? Work with design team to maximize display effectiveness

？ Exhibition Running
? Exhibition layout design
? Exhibition set up
? Ensure construction quality of all tradeshows booth

？ Showroom Operations
? Work with peers to identify efficiency and effectiveness operations opportunities
? Maintain awareness of competition and general market condition

？ Showroom Soft Decoration
? Provide appropriate soft decoration to elevate showroom appearance
? Control decoration project within time and budget

？ Road show
? Ensure construct & high quality showroom design

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design & Exhibition Design
? 6 years or above experience in the merchandising industry (preferably high-end furniture). Specialized in interior design and showroom design and construction implementation.
? Good at Auto CAD 14.0, 3D Max, and other software relating to interior design.
? Good command of both oral and written English
? Project management experience is a plus
