岗位职责
1、业务主管职位，独立负责工作小组，给下级成员提供指导或支持并监督他们的日常活动；
2、协助上级制定和调整人力资源总体规划与年度实施计划；
3、协助上级修订公司相关人力资源管理制度；
4、传达人力资源管理政策，方向以及实施方法，并收集反馈信息，进行分析；
5、负责建立规范化管理制度、人员档案的建立、健全与完善；
6、监督、指导、执行人力资源管理各模块工作的开展。
任职资格
1、人力资源相关专业本科毕业，从事人力资源三年以上；
2、熟悉员工入职、离职、社会保险；
3、熟练操作计算机，熟练使用各种办公软件；
4、熟悉各类招聘渠道及招聘流程，掌握较好的面试技巧；
5、具备较好的表达、沟通、组织、协调能力和时间管理能力及亲和力；
6、具备良好的学习能力。
