PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? Handle all tax related issues, make sure tax declaration and tax payment correctly and in time
? Issue VAT invoice, business tax invoice and export invoice
? Liaise with SAFE and Tax Bureau to solve pending issues
? Process payment (manual and PP) to vendors from local and abroad
? Prepare cheques and bank drafts for payments
? Prepare cash / bank draft reconciliation
? Deal with all petty cash items
? Payment documentation preparation
? LC and guarantee booking in SAP
? Issue bank guarantee
? Application for credit card repayment / foreign currency payment
? Process EDI payment (custom tax and VAT)
? Liaise with banks for payment issue
? Others assignments from supervisor / manager
? Other assignments base on needs

SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY安全职责
? To follow strictly the company and ESH regulations and operational procedures.
? To receive safety production education and training activities.
? To report the Incident and risks to manager or ESH manager whatever it is serious or not.
