Missions:
1. Coordinate General Manager work flow,support and help General Manager with the specific requirements such as Power Point presentation and reports.
2. Assist General Manager such as passport renew, visa application, expense and monthly phone fee claimed, etc.
3. Making travel arrangement of GM’s trip, deal with the emergency happened in GM’s travelling.
4. Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadline. Communication with all levels of company internal management.
5. Take initiative in General Manager’s absence.
6. Management of documents which need the signature of GM. The following need the approval of GM:
-Disposal of any fixed assets;
-Disposal of all stock;
-Purchasing contract;
-Sales contract above 500krmb
-New price of new item with yearly purchasing amount above 100krmb;
-Price increase’s yearly impact above 50Krmb;
-PR and payment for Operation Dept. above 50krmb;
-PR and payment for Sales/HR above 10krmb;
-PR and payment for Finance Dept.
-Business trip request
-Expense reimbursement of department managers who report directly to GM
7. Assist Operation Director to follow up weekly and monthly MBF
8. Deal with related procedure for foreign specialists coming China for work or direction, such as invitation letter, hotel and air ticket booking, welcome of their arrival. Ex: prepare welcome letter signed by workers and working shirts.
9. In charge of updating and keeping government documents and certificates and scanning a copy of those documents so that it can be easily available for everyone who needs it.
(Business Licenses, Certificate of Approval, Certificate for Nation / local tax, Organization Code etc…)
10. Welcome procedure of customers, such as prepare welcome board, PPE, snack for customers, etc.
11. Hotel and air ticket booking for company staffs’ business trip.
12. Management of meeting rooms and canteen VIP room.
13. Translate documents French to Chinese and vice versa if necessary
14. Assist the follow up of some action plan of projects which are assigned by GM to departments

* Typical Education Level教育背景:
  Bachelor level
* Specialized knowledge and skills特殊技能:
 computer and English skill, good interpersonal skill, French is a plus
