职位描述：
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Showrooms & Exhibitions
1.Conceptualize designs, space planning, detail design and handle projects independently from inception through completion in accordance to Kohler Kalista and JD Brand standards.
2.Generate perspectives, material selection & specifications, presentation materials, brief taking and assist in managing all aspect of design development and site implementation.
3.Provide accurate site analysis and regular project updates to relevant teams during the course of site implementation.
4.Manage&coordinate project team (both internal and external parties) during site implementation to deliver the project on time.To work with Supervisor in driving contract and tender management.
5.Support business development though market and design research so that our product display methods are always up to date and relevant to our end customers’ needs.
6.Attend product training and work with relevant teams to understand product features, POPs and technical specifications to ensure correct and accurate installation of products.

Design Management
1.Work with Supervisor to create, implement and maintain design standards library, materials and sample library for Kohler Kalista and JD Brand.
2.Visit and check existing showrooms in Indonesia to ensure a high level of maintenance are in place and meet Kohler Kalista and JD Brand showroom standards. Make recommendations on areas of improvement and work with Distributors to execute the improvements.
3.Create project and work forecast to Supervisor to ensure proper project management and execution to achieve quality results.
4.Provide occasional support for large-scale projects for Kohler Kalista and JD Brand

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1.Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design & Exhibition Design.
2.3 to 4 years design experience in the merchandising industry (preferably high-end furniture). Preferably specializing in Interior Design, Showroom Design and, or Exhibition Design.
3.Independent and possesses a positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Objective and results oriented plus having a good insight of latest design trends and strong market analytical skills.
4.Flexible and able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
5.Strong at Auto CAD,3D Max, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Powerpoint and other software relating to interior design and administration.
5.Possesses a good command of English in both writing and speaking.
7.Project management & construction implementation experience is an added advantage. 举报 分享
