应聘要求：

- 本科以上学历

- 至少2-3年的市场调查与分析工作经验

- 必须有独立的信息收集能力，会通过电话或面对面的交流进行访谈

- 良好的分析能力（定性定量分析）、解决问题能力

- 熟练的英语听说读写能力

- 能熟练操作Microsoft Office，特别是Power Point 和Excel

- 有咨询公司工作经验者优先

- 有农机方面工作经验者优先

I. POSITION PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to conduct market research on industry trends, markets, financials, and statistical data used in market and product development activities. Also maintains statistical reports to support business planning and decision-making. With supervision, may assist in the development of new and existing products/markets through research, etc.
Location: Beijing



II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:
· Identify, collect and analyze market and competitor information to support management decision process· Quality of market research findings
· Conduct market research tasks which include qualitative & quantitative research, statistical reviews and data mining· Efficiency of result delivery
· Compiles and analyzes historical and current data to obtain analytical trends and analysis· Ability of information summarization and analysis
· Collect and analyze competitors’ product specs, policy and pricing information· Efficiency of literature research
· Conduct research and analyze market information to support new product development·

Ⅲ. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
§ Passion and commitment in market research
§ Bachelor degree in engineering / marketing / economics from Agricultural University preferred
§ 2-3 years working experience in market research and analysis. Previous work experience with market research firm is preferred
§ Strong ability in telephone or face-to-face interviews, and independent information collection capability is a must
§ Industry experience with agricultural machinery, heavy machinery or agriculture will be an advantage
§ Good analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and a team player
§ Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Power Point and Excel
§ Command of English (at least reading & writing) is desire
